Legacy Care Hospice mission is to bring excellent care to underserved populations such as the African American, Hispanic/Latino, Native American, Pacific Islander & Asian American communities, with compassion, warmth, and a keen understanding of the unique culture and life habits of the people we serve.
Our Approach
We address cultural concerns, build trust, and provide tailored care that respects each patient's unique background and beliefs. Overcoming hestiancy to hospice ulilization is done through a combination of personal touch, education, and trust that is built by developing relationships with underserved communities.
